How It Works
Travel made simple
When you book your trip, you’ll select your arrival date in Asia — this will be Day 1 of your itinerary.
After booking, your holiday is secured.
From there, you can:

Please ensure that the flight you book arrives at your chosen destination on Day 1 of your itinerary.
After securing your package, we’ll contact you within 7 days to collect your flight details and align everything perfectly around your arrival and departure times.
Step 1
1) Choose your trip & dates
Pick your preferred package and select your arrival date in Asia (this will be Day 1 of your itinerary). Day 1 is always kept relaxed, giving you time to arrive and settle in before tours begin.

2) Book with a deposit or pay in full
Secure your holiday via card or PayPal. You’ll receive Instant booking confirmation, and your holiday is secured.
Step 3
3) We’ll collect your flight details
Within 7 days, we’ll contact you to collect your international flight details (you’ll book and pay for your flights separately). We’ll align your airport pickup, hotel check-in, and itinerary around your chosen arrival time.

4) Receive Your Personalised Itinerary
Within 7 days of providing us with your flight details, you’ll receive your complete personalised itinerary. This includes hotel names, tour timings, pickup details, and all arrangements tailored around your flights. You’ll also have direct contact numbers for drivers, guides, and your dedicated Asani Travel trip expert for support throughout your trip.
After You Book: Your Asani Welcome Pack
Alongside your digital itinerary, you’ll also receive your Asani Welcome Pack in the post — a beautifully presented bundle including printed copies of your itinerary and travel details, plus thoughtful gifts for your journey.
